The NewsAMP Research team are currently looking for a motivated, hands-on Research Manager. A strategic partner to your stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in creating commercial and actionable research. You will translate data from bespoke and syndicated sources into well-considered narratives as well as generating high level audience, media and category insights to create compelling sales arguments and market conversations.

What’s the role?

  • Drive revenue by delivering high value actionable research
  • Regular stakeholder engagement to present our latest research and to develop new research briefs
  • Develop brand and category research in partnership with Publishers and Marketing & Commercial Industry Directors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct appropriate market, consumer and industry research to guide strategic direction and client solutions

Who are you?

  • Expert knowledge of the following tools is preferred: survey building platforms e.g. Sparq, media software and databases e.g. Nielsen Digital Suite, Adobe Analytics, Emma readership, AQX Fusion etc.
  • Familiarity with statistical research packages favourable e.g. SPSS, Q-software
  • Insights driven Storytelling
  • Deep understanding of the role of media and News Corp brands and products
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strategic & creative thinker
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong attention to detail
