The Role

Reporting to the Ad Operations manager our Digital Campaign Managers deliver successful campaigns and exceptional service to Network Sales and external customers. Collaborating closely with Sales you will Monitor campaigns and make decisions to ensure optimal delivery and achieve client objectives.

  • Manage and deliver an allocation of successful campaigns through exceptional service and quality of execution
  • Proactively identify and address risk in workflow to maximise revenue.
  • Coach and develop allocated offshore team, providing first level support troubleshooting and quality assurance.
  • Work closely with Ad-Tech team to ensure consistent and timely product delivery.
  • Maintain and build on a culture of excellence in customer service and quality within the team.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly analytical, ability to spot trends and be comfortable working with a variety of data sources
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships in complex organisational structures, both internal and external
  • Well organised and can handle multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of the digital landscape
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new concepts as they present themselves
  • Ability to work as an individual and as a team
