The Role

As Programmatic Demand Manager, you will be responsible for managing the business operations of the Programmatic Managed Services team and delivering on business and company financial targets. Responsibilities extend to customer relationship management, working alongside sales teams, campaign setup, campaign management.

  • Execute and deliver on the strategy for the Programmatic Managed Services business
  • Manage and execute financial best practice for the procurement of external media
  • Support with the adoption of revenue growth strategies such as new product development, go-to market rollout, campaign yield analysis and management
  • Support the management of customer relationships
  • Maintain regular client and stakeholder communications
  • Respond to customer and sales requests and briefs as required

  • Ability to identify inconsistencies in data and information, or specific data patterns and trends and relate this back to the impact on the business
  • Ability to break down complex ideas or tasks into easily understandable and manageable segments
  • Able to act as digital media expert and technical expert in programmatic trading
  • Attend trade and/or industry events when required
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new concepts as they present themselves
  • Ability to condense complex ideas into an easily understandable and digestible manner
