An exciting leadership role that sits across multiple digital platforms and responsible for the ongoing delivery of the entire Software Development lifecycle for business services powering some of Australia's most recognised brands.

What’s the role?

  • Own technical platforms end-to-end.  Be the focal point of activity around the platforms.
  • Build sustainable, high performing digital platform teams under a DevOps model.
  • Successfully deliver the biggest business initiative, smallest BAU enhancement and invisible but important platform tech debt to ensure quality of service.
  • Be a partner in the business. Think critically and ensure that what gets delivered meets the customer's needs, not simply what they ask for.
  • Work closely with other internal and external technical teams to deliver.
  • Lead and foster a culture of constant improvement across the platform teams.

Who are you?

  • In-depth experience in end-to-end software delivery process using Agile Delivery methodologies.
  • In-depth experience in software engineering processes eg. technical design, code reviews, problem diagnosis.
  • Known when to work smart, not just hard, to achieve results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder management across operational teams and vendors.
  • Have successfully managed medium-sized technical teams for delivery.
