Workforce Planner

Based within our News Customer Support business unit, this role will see you forecast, schedule, and real time monitor the resourcing within the Contact Centre. You will analyse trends and recommend improvements as they relate to resourcing.



What’s the role?

  • Regular reviews of data quality in Salesforce, workforce, telephony and customer service.
  • Forecasting all activities expected in the Contact Centre based on historical and seasonal trends and expected ad hoc activity (all channels).
  • Scheduling shifts of available staff against forecasted requirements.
  • Monitor real time performance and forecast performance and make change and recommendations to ensure best possible outcomes.
  • Trend analysis of prior stats to make recommendations for improvements.



Who are you?

  • Tertiary degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven experience in similar workforce planning role.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, analytical, planning and decision making skills.
  • Ability to interpret data to enable effective recommendations.
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do mentality.
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre methodologies and operational principles.
